| Any Pros: | The process of doing payroll allows the individual to see tangible results as the tasks are being performed. There is a clear start and end to each payroll that is processed |
| Any Cons: | It is very repetitious and clerical in nature. The pay is typically low. It is one of those jobs that as long as everything is running smoothly that is all that matters. |
| Any Advice: | Be sure you are confortable with routine job duties. You should have a natural ability towards attention to detail. Be good with numbers. Organized and love paperwork. Good communication skills. |
