| Any Pros: | Lots of detail work. Ever changing governmental regulations make for lots of interesting ongoing changes |
| Any Cons: | Since the major bank failures of the 80's & 90;s many of the seasoned bankers have left the profession, making for a huge knowledge deficit in the profession. Being one of those that stuck it out, I find myself oftentimes beating my head against the wall trying to explain processes and regulations to those that do not care or do not wish to learn. |
| Any Advice: | You must be able to handle the near daily regulation changes passed down by the state and federal government. You must also be able to deal with the internal and external customer issues. In addition, the lack of experience in the senior level, due to quick turnover can be frustrating. |
